Welcome people to the booth with a logo-topped latte. At the evening reception, carry the same design onto an espresso martini. Our operator runs the printer alongside your Chicago venue’s bar or coffee team.

Brand the whole station.
Put campaign artwork on the printer’s side panels and a welcome message on the guest-facing iPad. On the foam itself, a simple mark or short phrase gives guests something they can read at a glance. We check how your artwork will reproduce and include any station branding in your proposal.
Plan for the rush.
For a short conference break, choose a design in advance so the next drink can go straight under the printer. For a reception, give guests time to choose a portrait. Share your guest count and service window so we can plan around how quickly the bar prepares each drink.
Work with your bar.
A cappuccino, cold foam iced coffee or foam-topped cocktail gives the artwork a smooth surface. Your caterer can handle the drinks while we handle the prints. If you need the espresso service as well, include that in your inquiry.

Two hours of staffed printing with one operator. Travel within 25 miles of River Forest is included. Your venue can supply the drinks, or we can quote coffee service separately.
